（中央社記者黃貞貞倫敦17日專電）蘇格蘭102歲的退休農夫克里門日前受邀擔任好友婚禮伴郎，打破2014年1月96歲伴郎的世界紀錄，將成為全球最高齡的伴郎。
克里門（Dan Clement）目前住在蘇格蘭南部，他73歲的好友李特（Sandy Little）說，當他決定迎娶戴維（Susan Davey）時，第1個想到的伴郎人選就是克里門。
李特說，他和克里門認識大半輩子，「我根本沒有考慮他的年齡，就算他是120歲，我也會請他當伴郎」，克里門總是給他很多的支持和啟發。
為了不讓高齡的克里門舟車勞頓，李特並貼心的將婚禮安排在克里門住家附近。
雖然頭髮稀疏灰白，但李特的精神狀況不錯，婚禮當天穿著鐵灰色西裝，盡責的遞交新娘與新郎的戒指，並在結婚證書的證人欄上簽名。
克里門表示，李特邀請他擔任伴郎，他沒有想很久就答應了，「我很開心能當他的伴郎，整個婚禮過程我也很享受」，
金氏紀錄發言人表示，2014年1月2日96歲的霍恩比（Ronald Hornby）在北愛爾蘭舉行的一場婚禮擔任伴郎，寫下最高齡伴郎紀錄，現在只要收到克里門或他家人的世界紀錄申請表，就可以進行驗證工作，確認克里門是新的紀錄創造者。1040618
